Gian Don's restaurant is a beautiful building in the style of a Mediterranean Villa with Roman pillars. It's at 1445 South Kihei Road in the former location of Marco's. Phone 874-4041.

Gian Don is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most tables are indoors, but some are out on the lovely patio in front. Breakfast includes three kinds of eggs Benedict, two kinds of French Toast, and omelettes that can be made into breakfast sandwiches. Lunch includes a wide variety of sandwiches and pastas. Appetizers available at both lunch and dinner are Italian Nachos, baby back ribs, bruschetta, and a cheese board. Dinner includes four fish choices in any of three preparations, pizzas, veal, chicken and steaks. Even if you spell it Giandon, that's a lot of food choices. The food at Gian Don's is delicious, portions are generous, and service is very good.

Gian Don's sometimes changes parts of their menu, so the following items may not all be available on the day you go. But here are examples of some of the menu choices as of 2007. (I'm sorry, but I can't include prices because they change.)
