Best Fine Dining (Expensive) Restaurants on Maui

Listed In Maui Jon’s Order Of Recommendation

You are on the right page to learn about fine-dining Maui restaurants.  These are the upscale fancy top restaurants that are more expensive than other Maui restaurants but reward you with the best food, views, service, and/or ambiance. I have listed them in order, so the ones at the top of the list are the ones I most highly recommend.

In the golf course clubhouse at the entrance to Kaanapali Beach. This is my favorite of all the fine-dining Maui restaurants. For great service, ask for the manager, Matty, and tell him Jon and Rosie sent you. Pacific Rim Cuisine. Great chocolate souffle for dessert. More details, including the menu and photos at this link:

Located on Front Street across from the ocean side of the Lahaina Cannery Mall (Safeway Grocery Store). Featuring signature dishes and culinary creativity, focused on locally sourced fish, seafood, and thoughtful island-inspired cuisine. Known for exciting culinary cocktails and an inspired wine list.
