Maui Sugar Shop Bakery is Maui’s only gluten-free bakery. It moved in 2017 from the Old Lahaina Center to its new location in the Pour House Kapalua at 700 Office Road (next to Sansei).
About Maui Sugar Shop
At Maui Sugar Shop Bakery you can buy beautiful and delicious cakes, cupcakes, pies, muffins, bread, quiche, coffee cakes, waffles, cream puffs, cookies, lemon bars, brownies, and more. Everything is gluten-free. Some items are also vegan or paleo. The owners, Zane and Cynthia, are sometimes there, and always greet you with a smile. They use organic and local ingredients and are soy-free. Nothing contains high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors or flavors.
Sugar Shop takes special orders for cakes and decorated items made to your choice and can make many items vegan on request.
