Humble Market Kitchin (not “kitchen”) is a Roy Yamaguchi restaurant at the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott hotel. It’s at:

This wonderful restaurant opened in 2016, allowing people on Maui’s south side (Kihei-Wailea) to enjoy Roy’s excellent food without having to drive all the way to Roy’s restaurant in Ka’anapali on the west side. But most menu items are different here.
The dinner menu is divided into seven sections. “Ice Cold Hawaii” includes oysters, Crudo, sashimi, and poke. Some of the “Humble Beginnings” items are brussels sprouts, pork belly, and steamed dumplings. Sushi rolls are in the “Rolled Up” section. Under “Upcountry Salads” are kale, Caesar, beets, and others. “Maui Comfort” dishes are ramen and clay pot cod. Entrees in the “Local Ranchers and Fishermen” part of the menu are lemon herbed fish, shrimp, and ribeye steak. Some of the entrees from “Land & Sea” are short ribs, a rack of lamb, tenderloin, chicken, pork chop, salmon, scallops, and a whole fried fish of the day. I’ve tried several items from each section of the menu and all were amazingly delicious, just as I would expect at a Roy Yamaguchi restaurant. More details from the long menu are below.
The restaurant is also open for breakfast. There are ala carte items, a continental buffet, and a full buffet with many hot and cold choices.
There are outside and open-air inside tables. The ocean view is beautiful at any time, especially from the outdoor tables at sunset. At those outdoor tables any time, you also have a view of the hotel’s infinity-edge pool and palm trees silhouetted against the sky. And yes, Humble Market Kitchin does have Roy’s famous chocolate souffle, among other choices, for dessert.
