Beer Making Tour at Maui Brewing Company

Maui Brewing Company tours are your chance to see how beer is made at Maui’s brewery, and to taste several varieties of the beer they make here.  This all happens at the huge modern facility at:

605 Lipoa Parkway
Kihei, HI 96753

About Maui Brewing Company

Maui Brewing Company started as a small brewpub making craft beer in a restaurant in Kahana, in 2005, on the west side of Maui. Demand for their locally brewed beer rapidly outgrew what they could produce at the restaurant, so they started using separate production facilities in 2007. Sales increased so rapidly that they had to keep expanding year after year. They are now in a giant brewery that you can tour, to learn how they do it. Here you will also get to taste samples of four of their flagship beers.  You can also come here any time to have a drink at their bar or a meal at their Maui Brewing Company Restaurant.

Maui Brewing Company Tours

On Maui Brewing Company tours, visitors learn about all the steps involved in beer production:  milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, cooling, fermentation, conditioning, and serving.  You can walk through the brewery to see the amazing equipment, while your tour guide explains it all and answers your questions. On most days you can also see the canning process on the packaging line.

Maui Brewing Company tours begin and end in the Tasting Room. Each tour lasts 45 minutes.  There are several tours each day, from 11:30 AM to 3:15 PM. Tours are limited to 16 people, so it’s a good idea to make an advance reservation to be sure you will get on your tour.  See Maui Brewing Co.
