About Makai Glass Maui

There are other glass blowing facilities on Maui, but none like this one.  Only here at Makai Glass is there an elevated viewing gallery where you can look down on the glass blowers and their furnace, while they melt and blow and shape and produce their decorative glass products. They are open from 11 AM to 6 PM every day, with glass blowing usually taking place Monday through Friday, but call ahead to make sure they will be working in the viewable production area on the day and time that you plan to go.

In addition to the large viewing platform, the display galleries at Makai Glass are also larger than at any other glass production place on Maui.  You can look at (or buy)  numerous colorful and beautiful glass works of art, many of which have ocean themes such as waves, shells, lava, storms, whales, dolphins, stingrays, and turtles. The creations are available in all sizes and colors and have a wide range of prices.

Makai glass artists can even come to you at other locations on Maui and do glass-blowing demonstrations at large parties or events.
