About Kihei Surfside Resort
This single six-story building contains 84 condos. Only 11 units have two bedrooms, and all the rest have one bedroom each. All have good ocean views from their lanais (balconies). They are not air-conditioned. On the property are a laundry room, shuffleboard, putters, croquet, bocce ball, and a large grassy field. The building is on a very rocky part of the shoreline, but you can walk two minutes to the large sandy Keawakapu Beach. A good restaurant, Five Palms, is in the Mana Kai condo building next door.
There is no on-site rental office. Many rentals are handled directly through individual condo owners, though some are arranged through a few vacation rental agencies including Rosie’s Rentals, Condominium Rentals Hawaii, Alii Resorts, and others.
