Hawaii Themed Clothing at Crazy Shirts Maui

Crazy Shirts is a popular chain of quality t-shirts and casual clothing stores all over Maui. Their six Maui locations are at Whalers Village (Kaʻanapali), Front Street (Lahaina), Wharf Center (Lahaina), Cannery Mall (Lahaina), Piilani Village (Kihei), and Shops at Wailea (Wailea). They also have multiple stores on the Hawaiian islands of Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island of Hawaii, plus stores in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Florida.

Crazy Shirts was started by Rick Ralston in 1964. In 1960 when he was just out of high school, he invented the idea of painting designs on t-shirt undershirts to turn them into t-shirt outerwear.  After a couple of years selling his t-shirts on sidewalks in Santa Catalina and then in Waikiki, he opened the first “Ricky’s Crazy Shirts” shop in the International Marketplace in Honolulu.
