A Saigon Cafe A Saigon Cafe is a hidden Maui gem, and I do mean hidden. It's tucked away by an underpass and didn't even have a sign until recently. It is at 1792 Lower Main Street in Wailuku. Phone 808-243-9560. A Saigon Cafe is a Vietnamese restaurant with a long menu of delicious foods, including many seafoods, steaks, beef, pork, noodles, soups, vegetarian dishes, and more. The waiters usually are fun and like to joke around. See below for a list of some specific menu items and photos. Or if you are staying in South Maui and would like Vietnamese food at a more convenient location, try Vietnamese Cuisine in Kihei. You'll have to leave the resort areas and go into town to find this place, but when you taste the yummy food you will be glad you made the effort to find A Saigon Cafe.
