Marco's Marco's Grill & Deli is a bright, modern Italian restaurant and deli at the busy intersection of Hana Highway and Dairy Road in Kahului. It's at 444 Hana Highway. Phone 808-877-4446. Marco DeFanis started this restaurant in about 1993, after he came to Maui from Philadelphia on vacation, then came back to stay. Marco's is open 7 days a week, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The long menu includes many kinds of salads, sandwiches, pastas, and meat and fish entrees. Many items are home-made. If you are in Kahului to shop at Walmart or Costco, or on your way to or from the airport, Marco's is the best place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
