Cane & Taro at Whalers Village

Cane & Taro opened in 2009 at the location of the previous Rusty Harpoon restaurant, in the middle of Whalers Village, the shopping center on Kaanapali Beach. It's at 2435 Kaanapali Parkway. Phone 662-0668.

Cane & Taro is owned by the same people as Sansei, a popular Japanese restaurant in Kapalua and Kihei. It has a few of the same menu items, plus much more. The restaurant is covered but open-air, and most tables have at least a partial ocean view. It's possible to make a meal out of many of the delicious appetizer choices, so you don't necessarily have to order an entree. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a long menu of numerous choices at each meal. See below for some Cane and Taro menu items and photos.
