Mulligans on the Blue Mulligan's on the Blue is an Irish restaurant on the Blue golf course in Wailea, across the street from the Kea Lani hotel. It is at 100 Kaukahi Street. Phone 808-874-1131. Mulligan's features some Irish style foods such as corned beef and cabbage, and bangers and mash. There are only about a dozen entree choices on the menu. The adjacent bar has a digital countdown clock showing how many days, hours, and minutes until St. Patrick's Day. Several days each week, Mulligan's features entertainment by Maui singers. A favorite often there is Willie K. On those evenings, the menu is limited but there is also a large buffet option, and the prices are higher.
