Leilani's Leilani's is really two different restaurants with similar names in one building. The upstairs restaurant, Leilani's Island Fish & Steaks, is the fine dining restaurant and only serves dinner. The downstairs restaurant, Leilani's Beachside Grill, is more casual, less expensive, has a more limited menu, and is open for both lunch and dinner. Leilani's is on the beach side of Whalers Village shopping center in Kaanapali. Phone 808-661-4495. Leilani's menu upstairs includes several Hawaiian fish, steaks, seafood and more. The downstairs menu has more fried foods, burgers and sandwiches. My favorite item upstairs is the snapper or ono, while my favorite downstairs is the fish tacos. Both places serve their famous Hula Pie for dessert. See below for some specific Leilani's menu items as well as photos. Upstairs or down, Leilani's is a fun place to eat on Kaanapali Beach.
