Genki Sushi Genki Sushi is a sushi restaurant in the Lahaina Gateway shopping center, on the main highway (Honoapiilani), across from the Cannery Mall (Safeway), in Lahaina. Phone 808-661-0333. Genki Sushi presents your choices to you on a conveyor belt. The belt is constantly moving between the kitchen and all of the tables where diners sit in the restaurant. You choose your food by picking the plates of single-serving sushi off of the conveyor belt as it passes your table. See below for some menu items and photos. For good sushi at reasonable prices, and the chance to see each dish to help you decide which ones you would like, Genki Sushi is a good place for lunch or dinner.
