Flatbread Flatbreads is a pizza restaurant a block from the middle of Paia, at 89 Hana Highway. Phone 808-579-8989. Pizzas at The Flatbread Co are different from those at a pizzeria. They don't have tomato sauce (unless you order it), they have better crust, and there are a lot more choices of flavors and toppings. And more importantly, they are all delicious. See below for some specific Flatbread Company menu items and photos. The Flatbread Company is a very good place to have lunch while you are in, or passing through, the town of Paia.
