Aloha Mixed Plate Aloha Mixed Plate is a very casual outdoor restaurant on the ocean side of Front Street, behind the Lahaina Cannery Mall (Safeway grocery store). It's at 1285 Front Street. Phone 808-661-3322. Aloha Mixed Plate is a very well-known Maui restaurant that has been there for many years. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is unusual in that it is an inexpensive place with plastic tables and paper plates, yet it has a very good ocean view like some more expensive restaurants. But I am not one of the fans of this restaurant. In my experience the service is slow and disinterested, and in my opinion the food is mediocre. See below for a list of some menu items and photos. I think you can do better at any of the top 25 places on my list of recommended inexpensive Maui restaurants.
