Prince Hotel Maui

The Maui Prince Hotel in Makena is a few miles south of the other major resort hotels in Wailea.  Because of its isolated location and somewhat smaller size, it is quieter than the Grand and the other big Wailea hotels.  But that location also means that it is a longer drive to get from the Prince to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.  Phone the Maui Prince Hotel at (808)-874-1111.

All rooms at the Maui Prince Hotel have at least a partial ocean view.  Room prices are a little less than at most other major South Maui hotels (Grand, Four Seasons, Fairmont).  The two Makena golf courses (North and South) are nearby.  Two excellent restaurants in the Maui Prince Hotel are Prince Court and Hakone.  Their more casual restaurant it Cafe Kiowai.  There's also a luau two nights per week.  The Prince Court has Maui's most lavish (and expensive) buffet brunch on Sundays.
