Mahana
Condos The Mahana is a condo building on the west side of Maui, about 1 mile north of the main section of Kaanapali Beach. It is one of the only hotels or condos on Maui that has every room ocean-front, right on the beach, directly facing the ocean. So the views at Mahana are better than the views from most rooms at most other Maui hotels and condos. Phone 808-661-8751. All Mahana condos have full kitchens. There are studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, which can sleep up to two people, four people, or six people, respectively. All of the two-bedroom units and some of the one-bedroom units have two full bathrooms. All rooms of all units are fully air conditioned, unlike many other condos in this and other parts of Maui. Each room has a washer and dryer. There is a lighted tennis court, heated pool, Jacuzzi, and shuffleboard court. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and in each room. Expedia has an excellent concierge in the lobby to help you with activity reservations. The Mahana consists of two 12-story buildings, with a total of 216 units. Built in 1975. Most vacation rentals are managed by Aston (formerly called ResortQuest), so you may hear this called the Aston Mahana. A block away and across the Lower Honoapiilani Road from the Mahana is a shopping center with a large supermarket, a couple small restaurants, and a few small shops.
