Kapalua Ridge Villas condos
MauiKapalua Ridge Villas is one of
three sets of jointly managed condos in Kapalua. The office for all

The three Kapalua condo communities are the
Bay
Villas, the Ridge Villas and the Golf Villas. There are one and two
and three-bedroom units. All are air conditioned and have full
kitchens and washer-dryers. They are near
the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and if you rent
through the Kapalua Villas organization they can get you access to use the
pools at the Ritz, plus discounts on golf at the Kapalua golf courses.
Tennis courts are available and there is a free resort-wide shuttle.
However, Kapalua is
in a northwest part of Maui that gets more wind, clouds and rain than Kaanapali
or Wailea, the other luxury hotel and condo sections of the island.
Ridge Villas in Kapalua consists of 161 units
in 28 two- and three-story buildings. Built in 1979. The Ridge Villas are high on a
steep hill (ridge), across the road from the Bay Villas and from the
Ironwoods luxury oceanfront homes. Many Ridge Villas have ocean views,
but it is too far and too steep for most people to walk to the ocean, so you
will need to drive to get to a beach.
If you are interested in a ridge-top condo in
Kapalua, the Ridge Villas are a good choice.
