This is one of several low-budget no-frills condo complexes along the ocean in this section of Maui. Kaleialoha consists of 67 one-bedroom units in one four-story building, built in 1973. Only some of those units are available for vacation rental, and most of those rental condos have good ocean views. Some have no air conditioning, while others have air conditioning units in the living room, but none in the bedroom. The pool is small and surrounded by a high wooden fence, so has no view. The shoreline is rocky, but is a few steps from a small beach.
