Kaanapali Shores
Condos ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores is a condo building on the west side of Maui, just over 1 mile north of the main section of Kaanapali Beach. It is a large high-rise complex with 464 condo units. Phone 808-667-2211. Most Kaanapali Shores condos have full kitchens. There are studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. All rooms of all units are fully air conditioned. Most rooms have a washer and dryer. There are two swimming pools and a spa-sauna. There are shops, lighted tennis courts, exercise room, and a restaurant on the premises, unlike at most Maui condos. Built in 1980. Most vacation rentals are managed by Aston (formerly called ResortQuest) so you may hear this called the Aston Kaanapali Shores. There is a daily charge for parking, a charge to use the exercise room, and a charge for the children's program. A block away and across the Lower Honoapiilani Road from the Kaanapali Shores is a shopping center with a large supermarket, a couple small restaurants, and a few small shops. The town of Lahaina is a 12 minute drive (5 miles) away. If you want a condo with shops and a restaurant, away from the more crowded Kaanapali Beach main resort area, Kaanapali Shores is a very good place to stay. See photos below. |
