(KBH) The Kaanapali Beach Hotel bills itself as Maui's "Most Hawaiian Hotel" and it is certainly a title that they have earned. Kaanapali Beach Hotel is easily the best of the older, and hence less expensive, hotels on Kaanapali Beach. Its pools and lobby are not as elaborate, and its 430 rooms are not as modern, as those at the Hyatt, Marriott or Sheraton, but it's in that same perfect location, near the major resorts, Whalers Village shopping center, restaurants, and Black Rock snorkeling. The Kaanapali Beach Hotel is the only Maui hotel with a free hula show every evening and free singers every Sunday morning. No wonder its guests keep returning over and over.
