Haleakala Shores Condos in

less expensive condo
at 2619 South Kihei Road, in the south part of Kihei. Phone (808)

Haleakala Shores has less services and less
amenities and is a smaller complex than many of the other condos in Kihei.
But that also makes it less expensive. It is not on the ocean, but is
across the street from a good beach at Kamaole III (Kam 3) Beach Park.
There are 76 units in two 4-story buildings, built in 1974. All are
two-bedroom two-bath, and many are not air conditioned. There is no
on-site rental manager, so you need to contact whoever you rented from for
any problems or questions. It's less than half a mile easy walk to
shopping and restaurants.
If you are looking for something less expensive than
the larger or more modern condos that provide more services, then this is a
decent condo to consider in a good Kihei location.
