Star Noodle Star Noodle is a small modern restaurant tucked out of the way in Lahaina Business Park, at 286 Kupuohi Street, off of Keawe Street (uphill from Safeway and Office Max) in Lahaina. Phone 808-667-5400. This local restaurant serves a variety of noodle dishes, including soups like Ramen and Udon, and plates like Pad Thai and vermicelli, plus other pork and chicken or tofu Asian dishes. See below for a list of some menu items and photos of some of the food. Star Noodle is a fun place with friendly waiters, where you can eat with Maui residents and not many tourists, for lower prices than most of the better-known Lahaina restaurants.
