Polli's is a longstanding Mexican restaurant in Makawao, on the way to Upcountry Maui, at the corner of Makawao Avenue and Baldwin Avenue, the main intersection of Makawao town. Phone 808-572-7808.

This restaurant is very popular with Maui residents. It's famous for the sign out front that says "Come in and eat or we'll both starve." Tourists are happy when they discover such good Mexican food as the wander around this old Maui cowboy town.
