Mai Tai Lounge and Dining Lahaina Mai Tai Lounge has been REPLACED in early 2013 with a new restaurant called Koa's Seaside Grill at this location on the ocean at 839 Front Street in Lahaina. The entrance is through a jewelry store. Phone for Mai Tai Lounge now answered by Koa's is 808-661-5288. There are three similar restaurants side-by-side on this block of Front Street, Mai Tai Lounge which has changed to Koa's Seaside Grill, Kimo's, and Lahaina Fish Company. But Mai Tai Lounge is the only one with uncovered rooftop dining for dinner, so has the best views, especially at sunset. Lunch is on the lower deck, but still has great views. The menu is the same at lunch and dinner, including numerous pupus (appetizers), sandwiches, burgers, salads, fish and other entrees. See below for some specific Mai Tai Lounge & Dining menu items as well as photos. There will be updates to the new Koa's Seaside Grill in the future.
