Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company Lahaina Prime Rib and Fish Co. (called just Lahaina Fish Co. until 2010) is a restaurant on the ocean, at 831 Front Street in Lahaina, Maui. It is open for lunch and dinner. Phone 808-661-3472. Unlike other restaurants with just a couple fish choices, Lahaina Fish Company usually has five or six kinds of fish to choose from at dinner every night, each with a different preparation. Examples on any given night may include opah, mahi-mahi, monchong, ono, and ahi. In addition to fish, Lahaina Fish Co. serves steaks, shrimp, chicken, and lobster or crab. And with the words "prime rib" in their name, they have eight different prime rib entrees on the dinner menu. In my opinion, the food and service here are not quite as good as at Maui's top restaurants, but the prices are a little lower than at the top restaurants. And the oceanfront view is terrific.
