Lahaina Fish Co. is a restaurant on the ocean, on Front

Unlike other restaurants with just a couple fish choices,
Lahaina Fish Company usually has eight to ten kinds of fish to choose from at
dinner every night. Examples on any given night may include opakapaka,
opah, mahi-mahi, monchong, salmon, moi, ono, swordfish, ahi and hapu'upu'u.
Each fish is prepared in a different way, providing lots of variety.
For example, one fish may have a cajun preparation, one may have a sweet
fruit sauce, one may have a lemon butter sauce, one may be blackened,
another simply grilled, etc.
In addition to fish, Lahaina Fish Co. serves
steaks, shrimp, chicken, and lobster or crab. In my opinion, the food
and service here are not quite as good as at Maui's top restaurants, but the
prices are a little lower than at the top restaurants. And the oceanfront
view is terrific.
