Chez Paul is an elegant small French restaurant in Olowalu, about 4 miles south of Lahaina, on the west side of Maui. Phone 808-661-3843.

Chez Paul has only about a dozen tables, all indoors. There is no view and it's not Hawaiian like most of Maui's other top restaurants. But the French food is wonderful, with great flavors and beautiful presentations. Most of the delicious sauces are cream-based, rich French sauces. It's open for dinner only. Very expensive.
