Cascades CLOSED in February of 2010. It was a beautiful outdoor and indoor restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Maui Hotel on Kaanapali Beach. Cascades served innovative island cuisine and sushi for dinner only. Phone 808-661-1234.

Cascades was located on the ocean side of the Hyatt's lobby level. At sunset, the views were wonderful. Each evening there were three or four kinds of fresh Hawaiian fish in your choice of four preparation styles. There were also meats and a complete sushi menu, as well as a separate sushi bar. For beautifully presented food in a beautiful setting, Cascades was a great choice.
