Casanova is Maui's best Italian restaurant. It is in Makawao, the old cowboy town on the way into Upcountry, about 30 to 60 minutes drive away from the main Maui resort areas of Kihei, Wailea, Lahaina and Kaanapali. Casanova Italian Restaurant is much less expensive than the restaurants in the tourist resort areas of Maui. Even if you misspell it Cassanova, this restaurant has a long menu with many choices of wonderful appetizers, salads, pasta, and pizzas, as well as seafood or meat entrees.
