Casanova in Makawao
Casanova is Maui's best Italian restaurant.
It is in Makawao, the old cowboy town on the way into Upcountry, about 30 to
60 minutes drive away from the main Maui resort areas of Kihei, Wailea,
Lahaina and Kaanapali. It's at the main intersection in the center of
Makawao, at the corner of Makawao Avenue and Baldwin. Phone 572-0220.
Casanova Italian Restaurant is much less expensive
than the restaurants in the tourist resort areas of Maui. Even if you
mispell it Cassanova, this restaurant has a long menu with many
choices of wonderful appetizers, salads, pasta, and pizzas, as well as
seafood or meat entrees. See below for some specific Casanova menu
items as well as photos.
If you are tired of the Hawaiian style restaurants and
looking for some great Italian food, or if you just want to escape from the
high prices of the resort restaurants, then Casanova in Makawao is a great
place for lunch or dinner.
