Bistro Casanova Bistro Casanova is an Italian restaurant in Kahului. It's at 33 Lono Avenue (corner of Kaahumanu) in the green Kahului Office Building, at the site previously occupied by Manana Garage. Phone 808-873-3650. Bistro Casanova has the same owners as Maui's older and larger Casanova Restaurant in Makawao, but the menu here is not as long and the ambiance here is more upscale. Open for lunch and dinner. There is a good assortment of pasta, as well as appetizers, plus a few meats and seafood. See below for some specific Bistro Casanova menu items as well as photos. There are very few really good restaurants in Kahului, but this is one of them.
