Wailea Beach Villas
Wailea Beach Villas has the most beautiful, modern, well-furnished, and
largest condos that I have seen anyplace on Maui. But the vacation

Wailea Beach Villas is in a terrific location,
between the ocean and the Shops at Wailea, and between the Grand Wailea and
Wailea Marriott resorts. These are the buildings that block the
view of the ocean from Tommy Bahamas restaurant at the Shops at Wailea.
These Wailea condos opened in 2005. They are in one wide 5-story
building closest to the shopping center and several small 2 and 3 story
buildings closer to the ocean. The narrow end of the property is on a
shoreline that is partly rocky and partly beach, but is adjacent to a larger
beach in front of the Grand Wailea.
Wailea Beach Villas has ninety-eight 2 and 3-bedroom units ranging
in size from 1900 to 3100 square feet. They are air conditioned and
each has a Great Room, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, marble
shower, walk-in closet, luxurious linens and towels, and large windows.
Many units have private lanais with built-in barbecues and some have private
plunge pools.
You can order your groceries to be delivered and can
even have the refrigerator stocked before your arrival. But if you can
afford to stay here, are you going to cook your own dinner on vacation?
Wonderful restaurants a few minutes walk away are Tommy Bahamas and Longhis
(both in the Shops at Wailea) and Humuhumu (in the Grand Wailea Resort).
