Sugar Beach Resort in

Sugar Beach Condos is in a central location, between
south Maui (Kihei-Wailea) and west Maui (Lahaina-Kaanapali). It's one
of the only condos or hotels anywhere on Maui that has almost every unit
ocean-front, right on a beach. And it's a long beach with beautiful
views of both the West Maui Mountains and Haleakala Volcano.
There are 215 units in six-story buildings at Sugar
Beach Resort, all with air
conditioning. Built in 1977. There are a few small stores on the property. This
complex is a good place for families.
