Royal Kahana is a large condo building in West Maui, about 12 minutes (5 miles) north of Kaʻanapali Beach. It is fully air-conditioned, unlike many of the less expensive condos in this area.

About The Royal Kahana Maui
The Royal Kahana offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condos, all with full kitchens. Some have good ocean views, but other units in the building face away from the ocean. There are 236 units in the single 12-story building. Built in 1975. The pool is fairly small. The beach is somewhat narrow and has some large rocks. There are a fitness room, barbecue facilities, tennis courts, and activity desk on the premises.
Royal Kahana is just a 6-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) from the Kahana Gateway shopping center. There you will find several small stores and a couple of restaurants.
