Outrigger Palms At Wailea Condos The Palms At Wailea is a condo complex at 3200 Alanui Drive in Wailea. Phone 808-879-5800. There are 23 two-story buildings with a total of 150 units, each with one or two bedrooms. Built in 1990. Most rentals are managed by Outrigger. Most units only have air conditioning in the master bedroom, though some units offer air conditioning in the living room and second bedroom at an extra charge. No elevators. These condos are on a hillside, a few blocks from the ocean, and not near a beach. Many of the upper-floor units have partial ocean views. Although the Palms is technically in Wailea, you'll have to drive rather than walk to get to the Shops at Wailea or to the restaurants at the major Wailea resort hotels such as the Grand, Four Seasons, Marriott, and Kea Lani.
