Paki Maui Condos in Honokowai Paki Maui is a condo at 3615 Lower Honoapiilani Road in Honokowai, about six miles north of the town of Lahaina. Phone 808-669-8235. Paki Maui has 112 condo units in three interconnected 4-story buildings, built in three phases in 1974, 1975, and 1978. There are studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condos. They are not air conditioned. Rooms are somewhat small compared to some other Maui condos, but prices are also lower than many others. There is a small swimming pool and a decorative koi pond with waterfall. The small beach is rocky, but it is adjacent to a public park with a better beach. Most rentals are managed by Aston (formerly called ResortQuest), so you may hear this called the Aston Paki Maui. The building was originally built and owned by Joseph Paki who was born in 1898 and grew up in this part of Maui. It is across the street from three places that are very convenient for carry-out food: Honokowai Okazuya, The Fish Market, and a farmer's market.
