About Napili Surf Beach Resort
There are 53 condo units in four 2-story buildings, laid out in positions that give ocean views from three of the four buildings. Most of the units are studios, and only 19 are one-bedrooms. They are not air-conditioned, and the units farthest from the beach do not get much breeze so can be hot. There is a common laundry room, not one in each individual unit. Each condo unit is between about 525 and 600 square feet in size. This condo complex was built in 1970.
Napili Surf does not charge a resort fee, but they do give you wi-fi, and amazingly also give a weekly coffee social with breakfast pastries, a weekly Mai Tai party, and a weekly yoga class, all free. The best feature of Napili Surf is its location at one end of the large beautiful beach of Napili Bay. One of the Napili Surf buildings backs onto the Gazebo restaurant at the next-door Napili Shores condos. A long walk to the other end of the beach takes you to the Seahouse restaurant at Napili Kai.
