Maui Sands Condos in Honokowai

Maui Sands is at 3559 Lower Honoapiilani Road in Honokowai, in an area of older condo buildings a few miles north of Lahaina and Kaanapali. No property phone, but rental agent phone 877-611-6022.

This is a low-price condo complex that looks worn and in need of updating. There is no rental office on-site, so you have to make all arrangements with a distant rental agent. There are seven two-story buildings (no elevator) with a total of 76 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Some sections built in 1965, others in 1969. Air conditioned. The shore is rocky and does not have a real beach. Grocery store and a few small restaurants or carry-outs are within a couple minutes drive.
