Maui Hill Condos in

Maui Hill is, as the name suggests, on a hill.
Like most Kihei condos, it is across the street from the ocean, rather than
right on the ocean. But it is also a long steep walk uphill from the
beach, especially if you are in one of the units highest on the hill.
The nearest beach is Keawakapu.
Maui Hill has 140 units in twelve 2-story buildings,
built in 1981. This includes one and two and three-bedroom units, all
with air conditioning and a washer-dryer in each unit. About half of
the units are timeshares.
If you would like air conditioning and you don't mind
a long walk (or a short drive) to and from the beach, or to and from the
nearest shopping center and restaurants, then Maui Hill is a good option.
