This is a low-price condo complex, with a tennis court, on the ocean but not on a beach. There are 118 one-bedroom and two-bedroom ocean-view units. Only some of the units are air conditioned. The grounds are nicely landscaped. There is a drop-off from the grounds to the rocky shoreline. Two- and three-story buildings. The first two buildings were completed in 1972, the remaining 5 buildings in 1974.

This is an OK place to stay if you are on a budget and don't mind the lack of a beach on the property.
