About Kihei Garden Estates
Unlike most condos in Kihei, this one is not on the main road (South Kihei Road) but is instead on a small quiet side street between that main street and the ocean. It is a block away from, and across a small street from, the ocean. There are 84 condo units in eight two-story buildings, spread out on grassy landscaped grounds. Each condo has one bedroom or two bedrooms, and they are air-conditioned. This is a quiet property away from most traffic and most tourists. But because of that location, it is not within walking distance of most Kihei stores and restaurants. You can use the beach in front of the Hale Kai condos across the street. There is no on-site rental office, and many vacation rentals are directly from individual condo owners.
