Kapalua Bay Villas condos
MauiKapalua Bay Villas is one of
three sets of jointly managed condos in Kapalua. The office for all

The three Kapalua condo communities are the Bay
Villas, the Ridge Villas and the
Golf Villas. There are one and two
and three-bedroom units. All are air conditioned and have full
kitchens and washer-dryers. They are near
the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and if you rent
through the Kapalua Villas organization they can get you access to use the
pools at the Ritz, plus discounts on golf at the Kapalua golf courses.
Tennis courts are available and there is a free resort-wide shuttle.
However, Kapalua is
in a northwest part of Maui that gets more wind, clouds and rain than Kaanapali
or Wailea, the other luxury hotel and condo sections of the island.
Bay Villas in Kapalua consists of 141 units in
26 two- and three-story buildings. Built in 1977. The Bay Villas are closer to the
ocean than the Ridge Villas or the Golf Villas. Many Bay Villas have
ocean views. Their beach is beautiful and secluded, much less crowded
than Kaanapali or Wailea beaches. But it's a difficult walk down a
steep hill to the beach from the Bay Villas.
If you are interested in a condo near the ocean in
Kapalua, the Bay Villas are a good choice.
