Kaanapali Royal is a residential condo with some rental units, uphill on the Kaanapali golf course. It is about a ten-minute walk downhill around the golf course to the beach. Phone 808-661-8687.

Kaanapali Royal has 105 large 2-bedroom condos in fifteen 3-story buildings. Built in 1980. The units are air conditioned. There is a pool, but no shops or restaurants. There is no on-site rental agent. The buildings overlook the golf course, with the high-rise hotels and condos of Kaanapali Beach in the distance, so it is possible to walk from the condos to the shops and resorts of Kaanapali Beach.
