Kaanapali Royal

residential condo with some rental units, uphill on the Kaanapali golf
course. It is about a ten-minute walk downhill around the golf course

Kaanapali Royal has 105 large 2-bedroom condos
in fifteen 3-story buildings. Built in 1980. The units are air
conditioned. There is a pool, but no shops or restaurants. There
is no on-site rental agent. The buildings overlook the golf course,
with the high-rise hotels and condos of Kaanapali Beach in the distance, so
it is possible to walk from the condos to the shops and resorts of
Kaanapali Beach.
If you don't mind being a few minutes walk from the
beach, and can do without the amenities of a full-service hotel or condo
with on-site agent, then Kaanapali Royal is a way to stay close to Kaanapali at a lower price
than the beachfront condos and hotels.
