Hale Kamaole Condos in
KiheiHale Kamaole is at 2737 South
Kihei Road, in a section of Kihei (south Maui) that contains many condo
complexes. It's across the road from
Kamaole III beach.
Like many of the other condos in Kihei, Hale Kamaole
is less expensive than the more luxurious condos and hotels of Wailea or
Kaanapali. It only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the
living room or kitchen. Most units have washer and dryer, but there is
a laundry building with those available for units lacking them. They
have one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, all with full kitchens. There
are five buildings, three two-stories and two three stories tall, for a
total of 188 condo units. Built in 1974. Like most Maui condos, each unit is individually
owned, so decor varies considerably.
The two pools are small. Tennis courts and
barbecues are on the premesis.
If you'd like to save some money and you can do with
only partial air conditioning, then Hale Kamaole is one place you should
consider.
